Coalition Building Programme The Coalition Building Programme provides associations and corporations with an instrument to align themselves strategically and politically with peer organisations in order to enhance the association or corporation’s visibility and to strengthen the effectiveness of their communication strategy towards decision-makers. The benefits of the coalition building exercise are to combine forces and strengths, share common messages, maximise problem solving and issue management and to increase representativity. Brussels Network Programme The Brussels Network Programme will provide associations and corporations with the possibility of being introduced to decision-makers, key counter parts from associations/corporations in the Brussels arena. It will also enable them to assess & improve the way the association/corporation is perceived by the European stakeholders. The ultimate goal of this programme is to enhance the position of the association/corporation in Brussels as a key partner for the other stakeholders and key decision-makers. Executive Coaching The Executive Coaching program is a combination of a master-class on European affairs and of practical tips on lobbying and how to approach the different actors in the Brussels arena. It provides an overview of how Brussels works, what the main EU Institutions are, how to structure an effective lobbying campaign, do's and don'ts on lobbying, how the US interests can be represented in Brussels as well as a detailed political analysis of the recent developments at EU level (Enlargement and the Constitution). It is designed for those corporate or association executives that have to deal with the European Union and would like to have an insider’s view on the matter. Media Training and Crisis Management Media training is designed to prepare individuals to communicate externally from their organisation in a representative role. The goal is to enhance participants’ understanding on how the media works and provide tips and tools for dealing with the media in an efficient way. Attendees are evaluated individually in live filmed interviews. Participants in the Executive Coaching and Media Training programme receive a "Kellen Europe Certificate" stating the content and objectives of the session in order to demonstrate that they followed the course.
